Booking Prices & Policies

Trinity United welcomes a wide variety of groups and events to book our church, such as weddings, baptisms, funerals, not-for-profit local groups, other church groups, etc. Below are the rental rates and policies for booking. Please contact the church office for more information.

Community Non-Profit Rentals

Not-for-profit community groups are welcome to rent Trinity (subject to availability) for regular or one-off events, at a cost of $17/hour for a minimum of two hours. Rental agreement contracts must be signed prior to start of event, and renewed every year.

Shared Use with other Church Congregations

Other church congregations are welcome to rent Trinity for their weekend worship services, and more! The base price for rental by another church is $118.00/week for a 2 hour period, subject to availability.

Note: this is rental for a six (6) hour block of time. Each additional hour required will be charged at the rate of $25.00 per hour or part thereof.
Note: The dishwasher is to be operated by trained personnel from Trinity UC

Weddings & Funerals

Prices for Wedding and Funeral rentals will be priced the same as the above table, with the addition of the following honorariums and deposits, if applicable:

Audio-visual Honorarium	$30/person ($60 if two visits required)
Deposit (Weddings)	$100 (non-refundable)

A light funeral lunch can be provided by United Church Women’s (UCW) at a cost of $8.00/person, with no hall rental fee. If food is served and the UCW is not providing it, normal hall rental rates will apply. Details can be found in the official policy book, or by contacting the church office.
